Our Light Ring brings a frame, LED modules, hinged cover, removable roller and equipment-rope cleat together around a compatible manhole. Here is what each part does.
Frame and LED modules
Our powder-coated aluminum main frame carries the components around the manhole rim. LED modules beneath the frame direct light into the manhole. Standard Light Ring has four modules; XL has six.
Hinged cover
Our cover opens for access without detaching from the frame. Follow the supplied instructions for positioning and locking. Do not stand on the cover; it is not a rated walking surface or fall-arrest device.
Removable roller and equipment cleat
Your jet hose or CCTV cable feeds over the roller at the rim. The roller is removable. The cleat provides a tie-off for your equipment rope; it is not a personnel or rescue anchor.
Standard and XL size ranges
Our standard Light Ring has a 22- to 30-inch clear-opening range. XL has a 24- to 38-inch range. Compare these with the manholes your crew works on, and check seating and clearance before each use.
