Our Light Ring combines LED lighting, a hinged cover, a removable hose and cable roller, and an equipment-rope cleat. Each component has a specific job.
Light your manhole and guide your line
LED modules beneath the frame direct light into the manhole. Our standard model has four modules; XL has six. The removable roller supports your jet hose or CCTV cable at the rim.
The cleat gives your equipment rope a tie-off point on the frame. Do not attach personnel, fall-arrest or rescue lines to it.
Use the cover within its limits
Our hinged cover opens for access while remaining attached to the frame. Do not stand on it. Our Light Ring and XL are not rated walking covers, guardrails or fall-arrest systems.
Keep your required guarding, traffic controls, PPE and entry procedures in place. Our cover does not replace ventilation or respiratory protection. Read the product use limits and primary references with your safety team.
