Our standard Light Ring uses four LED modules. Our XL uses six. Each module has a nominal 1,500-lumen output, giving combined nominal figures of 6,000 lumens for standard and 9,000 for XL.
Understand the lumen figures
These figures add the LED module ratings. They do not measure light reaching a surface inside your manhole. Depth, shadows, obstructions, battery condition and the complete light assembly affect the working view. We do not publish a guaranteed illumination depth or runtime.
Comparing the brightest manhole light would require comparable measured results for complete systems. Our current documentation does not establish that ranking.
Compare the rest of the equipment
Both models include a hinged cover, a removable roller for your jet hose or CCTV cable, and an equipment-rope cleat. Our standard model has a 22- to 30-inch manhole range; XL has a 24- to 38-inch range. Check actual seating and clearance at each job.
A light-output figure does not establish a cover load rating or fall-protection function. Do not stand on our cover or attach personnel or rescue lines to the equipment cleat.
